You have always wanted to represent another country? Now is your time to shine! Choose your preferred state and act quick! 

 

Registration for elbMUN Conference 2022 is conducted via this link. Please take into account the following information before applying to elbMUN 2022.

 

Covid-19-Policy: In order to limit the spread of Covid 19, participation is only permitted to fully vaccinated or recovered people. Furthermore, participants at elbMUN 2022 will be asked to test themselves frequently.

Regular application fee until 1st April is 58€. If you are late you can still join, but will have to pay a slightly higher fee of 63€. This does not apply to non-individual applications (please indicate in the application form), so bring a friend 😉. The application fee includes 

  • (vegan) lunches, coffee breaks

  • social events

  • speeches by designated experts on the committee topics

  • sightseeing

  • goodie bags

  • a How-to-MUN workshop conducted prior to the conference

  • and more.

Your application will only be considered valid once we receive your participation fee. 

 

Should you require help during the visa process, please reach out to us at registration@elbmun.org. In that case, we ask you to transfer the fee once visa proceedings have successfully started.

 

Cancellation policy: If you cannot attend the Conference due to a Covid-19 infection and have proof of said infection, or if you cannot attend due to unforeseeable travel restrictions you can get a full refund of your application fee minus a 5€ processing fee. We reserve ourselves the right to decide on a by-case basis.

 

Conference Dates: The event will be held from 20th April to 24th April, whereas the first day will be designated to registration and sightseeing. If you’re on a tight schedule, please note that only 21st April to 24th April are mandatory for your participation in the Conference.

 

Staying in Dresden: You will also be entitled to apply for our Got-a-Couch Program - or host people from abroad if you are based in Dresden.
